COMP Cams Super Dirt Series Sets Banquet Date

Beebe, Arkansas (01/09/17) – The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil will host their 2016 Night of Champions banquet on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center at the Airport (Little Rock, Arkansas).

The annual banquet will cap another great year of competition for the CCSDS presented by Lucas Oil competitors. Greenbrier, Arkansas competitor, Jack Sullivan, will be crowned as the series' champion for the for the second-straight year, while Jonathan Rowan is set to receive Kuntz & Co. Rookie of the Year honors. 

The balance of the top ten in the final series standings, which includes Hunter Rasdon, Kyle Beard, Jonathan Rowan, Austin Theiss, Mason Oberkramer, Chandler Petty, David Payne, Brandon Wilson, and Wendell Wallace.

The Top 10 in the final standings, the Top 3 in the Kuntz & Company Rookie of the Year competition, the Black Diamond Heat Race Award winner, the COMP Cams Victory Circle Award, New Vision Pole Award, and numerous other awards will all be presented during the course of the evening.

Sponsors and promoters will also be recognized for their great support.

Each year the CCSDS presented by Lucas Oil Night of Champions is a great event, and everyone is encouraged to attend. Each driver being honored receives a complimentary ticket with promoters and sponsors each receiving two complimentary tickets.

The series will contact each driver and sponsor for number of tickets prior to January 20, 2017.

Additional tickets can be purchased for $20 per person for adults, $10 for children, and age 6 and under are free. To purchase tickets, please contact Chris Ellis at 501-882-9794. While tickets will also be sold at the door, please purchase tickets as soon as possible to allow for planning.

The social hour with appetizers begins at 6:00 pm with the dinner served at 7:00 pm and awards presentation beginning at 8:00 pm.

The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil recently unveiled the initial edition of their 2017 schedule.

The impressive slate working schedule makes its debut with 27 nights of racing, spanning 24 events at 13 different facilities. The season opens with a doubleheader on March 30 and April 1 at Timberline Speedway (Corley, Texas) and Lonestar Speedway (Kilgore, Texas).
