ELDORA ANNOUNCES 2019 MARQUEE EVENT DATES
Dirt Late Model Dream, Kings Royal and World 100 Confirmed; NASCAR Trucks To Thunder On A Thursday   

ROSSBURG, Ohio (June 13, 2018) – Just days after setting an all-time attendance record for the Dirt Late Model Dream, Eldora Speedway officials confirmed 10 of the marquee dates for its 2019 calendar of events.

The 25th running of the Dirt Late Model Dream will be contested Thursday-Friday-Saturday, June 6-7-8, 2019.

The 36th annual $50,000-to-win Kings Royal Weekend, celebrating the fastest sprint car racers in the world, will take place Thursday-Friday-Saturday, July 18-19-20, 2019.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will be renamed the Gander Outdoors Truck Series in 2019. Widely regarded as its most popular event, the only NASCAR National Series event held on dirt will move a week apart from the Kings Royal for the first-time since 2015 to a new showcase date in 2019. When the ‘Tough Trucks’ of NASCAR thunder for the seventh time at Eldora, it will be on Thursday, August 1, 2019.

The famous World 100 – The Biggest Dirt Race In The World™ – has always been scheduled on the first Saturday following Labor Day and 2019 continues the tradition. On-track activity for the weekend will begin Thursday, September 5, 2019 and followed by another full racing program on Friday, September 6, 2019. The 49th annual World 100 paying $52,000-to-win to Dirt Late Model racing’s biggest superstar will be held Saturday, September 7, 2019.

The balance of the 2019 special event schedule, including May’s popular #LetsRaceTwo Doubleheader Weekend for the World of Outlaws and USAC National Sprint Cars and September’s 38th running of the 4-Crown Nationals will be announced in the coming months.
