14th Annual $10,000 to Win Street Stock Nationals Information
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Midwest City, Oklahoma - May 28, 2009 - It is an annual event that has taken place for the past 14 years and was also the first of its kind for street stocks in the state of Oklahoma during its inception. That's right, it is time for the top street stock drivers in the country to start thinking about the 14th annual Street Stock Nationals at Enid Speedway Park in Enid, Oklahoma. And once again, the winner will take home $10,000 with $750 for drivers who take the green flag for the feature finale. This years version will take place on Thursday through Sunday, September 24-27, 2009.
Located on the Garfield County Fairgrounds, Enid Speedway Parks three-eights mile dirt oval has produced twelve different winners the previous thirteen years for this annual event. Drivers such as modified standout Eddie Martin of Stillwell, Oklahoma, second generation driver Troy Gemmill of Ponca City, Oklahoma along with local track veterans Chad McNamara (the only repeat winner) and Kenny Morris have graced victory lane for this race.
The festivities begin on Thursday night, September 24, with a test and tune session beginning at 7:00 p.m. On Friday and Saturday night, qualifying heats and features will be run with last chance qualifiers and the the 50 lap Street Stock Nationals feature finale on Sunday afternoon. Pit gates on Friday and Saturday open at 3:00 p.m. with racing at 7:00 p.m. while Sunday gates open at 11:00 a.m. with racing at 2:00 p.m.

Payout is as follows: "A" Feature Finale: 1) $10,000, 2) $4000, 3) $3000, 4) $2000, 5) $1500, 6-24) $750. All "B" feature non-qualifiers on Sunday afternoon will earn $400. All "C" feature non-qualifiers on Sunday afternoon will earn $250.
