Billy Moyer Preps for Fall Classic Weekend at Whynot
(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) The Billy Moyer Racing (BMR) team traveled to the refurbished Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana over the October 17-18 weekend for the 29th Annual 'Dirt Track World Championship.' A star-studded 71 car field assembled at Lawrenceburg for the $50,000 to win crown jewel event. Unfortunately, Billy Moyer could not advance into the 100-lap main event after the two-time DTWC winner finished fifth in his competitive heat race and third in his stacked B-Main. Following Lawrenceburg, the #21 team plans to venture to the Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, Mississippi for the 15th Annual ‘Fall Classic.’ The unsanctioned two-day show will take place on Friday and Saturday, October 23-24 at the Magnolia State speedplant.
