NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Week 1 Preview

Cartersville, GA - The 2017 NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series kicks off the chase for the $10,000 Championship THIS WEEKEND! The long off season is over and many tracks will be getting their seasons going. Other tracks that are not quite ready to start their seasons will get started in the coming weeks. Competitors need not fear their track not opening as early as others as the final point standings will count only the best 14 finishes for the season. This always makes for interesting conversation mid-season as drivers seemingly come out of nowhere and start making advances in the top 20 of the point standings.

Week 1 Highlights:

Drivers will count their best 14 finishes over the 27 week Weekly Racing Season.
The goal is to finish in the Top 10 of the Final standings to receive an invitation to the Annual NeSmith Racing Awards Banquet in Dawsonville, GA at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame.
The ultimate goal for all competitors - being crowned the 2017 National Champion and receiving the $10,000 check!
