FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Lucas Lee wins K&N USCS Outlaw Modified USCS Fall Nationals Finale at Riverside on Saturday West Memphis, AR – November 13, 2016 – 2014 K&N Filters Outlaw Modified Series Champion Lucas Lee from Paris, TN returned to the www.RockAuto.com USCS Victory Lane on Saturday night at Riverside International Speedway. The noted West Tennessee open wheel modified driver made his first trip to the www.RockAuto.com USCS Victory Lane this season. The K&N Filters Pole Position starter Joe Walsh from Fenton, MO led the first trip around the ¼ mile Gumbo clay oval before Lee took over the lead. The past series Champion (Lee) then drove the final twenty-four laps to victory lane. The race was the final event of the season and of the night for the second day of the USCS Fall Nationals. The many laps on the track over two days in five divisions produced a slick surface for the cars and produced many caution periods. Lee held off all competitors through the seven caution periods and resulting re-starts. Clayton Miller from Elton, KY, who was driving the #15 team car to Lee’s #12, followed his team-mate across the finish line in the runner-up spot after starting sixth. Miller was followed by Lakeland, TN driver Hunter Wilbanks in third place to pick up the K&N Podium Award. Wilbanks finished in fourth place on Friday night.
