- WTMS – West Tennessee Motor Speedway located just 4.5 miles South of I40, 20 minutes east of Jackson, Tennessee. Location is Exactly halfway between Memphis and Nashville, in the center of West Tennessee, the facility consists of 22 acres.

- The track is 3/8 of a mile long, high banked, 90 feet wide, very fast, with the Winged Sprint car track record, set on July 18, 2008, being 10.625.

- The facility was built new in 2000 and has a seating capacity of 2400. The bleachers are composed of 3 sections, 2 on spectator side and 1 on the pit side, replacement cost on the bleachers alone today is $96,000. Lighting consists of 47, 1500 watt metal halide lights, on 14 light poles (70 feet tall). Combination of metal guard rails & concrete barriers encircle the track.

- Grandstand/Spectator building is 25 x 34, 3 tier. The first floor consist of concession area, completely furnished with commercial/stainless steel grill, deep fryer, 3 bay sink, 2 drink box coolers, 1-3 door top, 1-2 door top. The second floor consist of VIP suite, announcers room, large office and large storage area. The third floor consist of the scoring room/command center. Ladies & Men’s restrooms are in the rear of the building.

- The facility has a timing board/lap counter. The unit is a Daktronics All Sport 5000 Series, with an A/S 5100 Photocell interface control console with the capacity of a 10 car position display.

- The pit concession building is 24 x 24 completely furnished with commercial/stainless steel grill, deep fryer, 3 bay sink, 1-3 door top commercial drink box cooler. Ladies & Mens restroom are in the rear of the building.

- Track equipment consists of a John Deere 670 motor grader, 6 cylinder diesel engine, 8 speed shuttle shift transmission. 2 10,000 gallon water tanks for water storage in watering the racetrack, 2 water trucks, 1 is a gas deliver truck with a 1,500 gallon tank to water the pit area, the other is a International single axle lowboy with a 5,000 gallon tank with a 4 inch, 10 horse diesel pump that will dispense 420 gallons of water a minute. Track watering process can be completed in 4 hours.

- Not only is the facility a turn-key motorsports complex but the amenities of the facility could host a motorcross event, truck/tractor pull, monster truck event, rodeo, flea market, possibilities are endless! The physical location of the track is 2800 Sand-Ridge Bargerton road, Lexington, Tennessee 38351.

- Lexington, Tennessee is a growing town with a population of approximately 8000, it is in Henderson County with the county population being approximately 25,000.
