There wasn’t anything MINI about the Mini Stock class as the field of twenty-four put on a real show in the $500 to win, twenty lap special. Randall Lunn led from the drop of the green in the Outlaw class and held on all the way for his first win at Thunderhill this season. The only caution came on lap six for debris.

Burton Graham led green to checkered in the Open Wheel Mini class for his second win of the season in a one caution race. It came on lap three for Justin Odom.

What a race in the Limited Late Model show as Brad Skinner took charge at the drop of the green and led the full twenty laps to pick up win number 4 in a caution free eight minute race.

The Modified Street bunch were in a HURRY or SOMETHING … RED FLAG was out before the first lap was in the books as Robert Ashworth made contact with Tim Hobby as they came out of turn four that resulted in Hobby flipping twice on the front stretch, stopping close under the flag stand. Thankfully, Hobby walked away … his car was totaled.

The Open Wheel division saw Wayne Jones go flag to flag for his FIRST feature win in a caution free five minute race.

From a field of twenty-one Street Stocks …WOW.. the last race of the evening and WHAT a show it was!!! They had one restart as pole-sitter, James Caruthers, jumped the start and had to roll back one position. David McGill led from the drop of the green and held on thru lap twelve. At this point Daniel Kelley had plans of his own as he led the final three circuits to pick up his third win of the season.
