CCSDS Back to Business with Arkansas-Mississippi Two Step Weekend
Central Arkansas Motor Speedway and Greenville Speedway on Tap
Locust Grove, Arkansas (05/17/21) – The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series presented by Lucas Oil takes their show on the road this weekend for a pair of events in Arkansas and Mississippi. Action kicks off with the tour’s inaugural visit to Central Arkansas Motor Speedway on Friday night before traveling to Greenville Speedway on Saturday evening.
For the first time in his career, Mississippi’s Brian Rickman sits atop the series’ standings as the Midwest Sheet Metal Marked Man. Consistency has propelled Rickman to a 40-point advantage over defending CCSDS champion Logan Martin in the championship battle.
B.J. Robinson sits in third, just 65 markers back, while Kyle Beard, Hunter Rasdon, Morgan Bagley, Ashton Winger, Billy Moyer, Scott Crigler, Brayden Proctor, Mike Collins, and Chad Mallett round out the current Top 12 in points.
Brayden Proctor continues to lead the way in the Midwest Sheet Metal Rookie of the Year standings over Mike Collins and Wesley Wise.
The weekend opens on Friday night at Central Arkansas Motor Speedway (Plumerville, Arkansas). Elia’s Mexican Grill has posted a $500 bonus to push the winner’s check to $3,500-to-win. The CCSDS feature pays $400 to start. Gates open at 5 p.m. CST with hot laps at 7 p.m. IMCA Modifieds, Mod-Lites, and IMCA Style Stock Cars will also be in action.
Grandstand admission is $20 with kids (ages 7-and-under) free. Pit admission is $35.
Saturday evening takes the tour to the Kilgore-family promoted Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) for a $3,000-to-win program presented by Elite Glass. The Mod Lites of Arkansas ($500-to-win) will also be part of the program along with a complete slate of Weekly Racing Series divisions.
On Saturday the gates open at 4 p.m., and racing action at 7:00 p.m. Adult grandstand admission is $20 with children (ages 6-12) $5, and kids (5-and-under) free. Adult piit passes are $35 with children (ages 6-12) $10 and kids (5-and-under) free.

The tire rule for the upcoming weekend is a Hoosier 1350 on all four corners with a right-rear option of a Hoosier 1600 white-dot.
