COMP Cams Super Dirt Series Set to End July with a Bang
Batesville Motor Speedway and Legit Speedway Park Up Next

Beebe, Arkansas (07/24/18) – The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series presented by Lucas Oil will round out the month of July with a doubleheader that will take the tour’s stars and cars on a rampage through the foothills of Arkansas and Missouri.

Hunter Rasdon registered his second win of 2018 last weekend with a triumph at Louisiana’s Boothill Speedway. Rasdon and the rest of the crew are still pursuing Midwest Sheet Metal Marked Man Jack Sullivan as he sits atop the series standings in pursuit of his fourth-straight title.

The remainder of the Top 10 in the current standings also includes B.J. Robinson, Gavin Landers, Tanner Kellick, David Payne, Robert Baker, Chandler Petty, Robby Moore, and Jake Davis.

Tanner Kellick has a dominant lead in the Midwest Sheet Metal Rookie of the Year standings over Robby Moore and Jake Davis.

The tour makes its second appearance of the 2018 campaign on Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas) on Friday night, July 27 with a $2,000-to-win/ $350-to-start event. Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer, Billy Moyer picked up the win at the 3/8-mile speedplant back in April. Street Stocks, Hobby Stocks, and Front Wheel Drives will all be in action. Gates open at 5:30 pm. with racing action at 8:00 p.m.

Saturday night, July 28 brings the series to Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri), where they’ll battle for $3,000-to-win/ $400-to-start. Tony Jackson Jr. picked up a CCSDS win at the facility back in April. Pit gates open at 5:00 p.m., grandstand gates open at 5:00 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 p.m. and racing action at 7:00 p.m. Super Stocks, Hobby Stocks, IMCA Modifieds, Bone Stocks, and B-Mods will also be in action.
