Rome, GA - Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series officials are pleased to announce that Knowles Race Parts and Bodies of Rome, GA has signed on to become the 2017 "Quick Qualifier" Award at each event stop on the schedule. Knowles Race Parts and Bodies will award $100 CASH to the "Quick Qualifier" which will be determined by the driver that sets the fastest overall lap time during qualifying Time Trials at each event. The addition of bonus money being offered for qualifying time will add an element of competition to each events' Pole Qualifying procedures.

Knowles Race Parts and Bodies will also continue to supply the 6th place finisher at each event a $50 certificate good towards a purchase at their Rome, GA based headquarters. The addition of Knowles Race Parts and Bodies to the list of sponsors is a marriage that makes sense as they are regular competitors on the tour. "We fully support the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series and what they are doing with the Chevrolet Performance CT 525 program," stated co-owner Matt Wester. "We enjoy competing with all the drivers that run the series, and wanted to be able to give back to everyone and hope to earn their business."

The Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series has been touted as an affordable, ultra-competitive, and family oriented tour. Most competitors arrive to events early to participate in the Chevrolet Performance Fan Zone festivities, help each other during the events, and are generally supportive of each other's efforts.
