              Seth Johnston of Santa Fe, TN drove the Lanehart Electrical Contractors Special with Chevrolet Performance 602 power to his third win of the season on Saturday night at North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, AL. That moved Johnston up to the second spot in the Modified Sportsman standings with 434 points.

              White drove the Attala Steel Rocket to his eighth win of the season on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS. King picked up his ninth win of the 2020 season on Saturday night at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL in the David King Automotive Special.

              Levi Aldridge of Double Springs, AL is third in the Newsome Raceway Parts Late Model Sportsman standings with 410 points and Sherman Everett of Morris, AL is fourth with 398 points. J.C. Wilson of Milton, FL is fifth with 393 points and Heather Lowe of Warrior, AL is sixth with 390 points.

NEWSOME RACEWAY PARTS WEEKLY RACING SERIES STREET STOCK WEEK 9 ROUND UP

              ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Dannon LaCoste of Theriot, LA used Double Features on Saturday night at Pike County Speedway in McComb, LA to move into the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Street Stock point lead. LaCoste finished fourth in the Week 5 Make-Up Race and then took second in the Week 9 Race driving the Wilson’s Oysters Special.

              LaCoste has 423 points and holds a 29-point lead over Carl Kilgore IV of Greenville, MS. Kilgore drove the Lee’s Body Shop Special to his fourth win of the season on Saturday night at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS to bring his point total to 394 points.

              The 2018 Street Stock Weekly Racing Series National Champion Ricky Idom of Hattiesburg, MS picked up his sixth win of the season on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway in Hattiesburg, MS in the Tri State Rock and Rails Special powered by an economical Chevrolet Performance 602 Engine. 

            Idom went to Pike County Speedway on Saturday night and picked up his seventh win of the season in the Week 5 Make-Up Race and moved up to third in the Street Stock National standings with 392 points.

               ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model point leader Bryson Mitchell of Russellville, AL drove the Sparks Energy Rocket to his third win of the 2020 season on Saturday night at North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, AL. Mitchell now has 428 points with seven top five finishes and nine top ten finishes in ten races.

              Jeremy Idom of Hattiesburg, MS used double features on Saturday night at Pike County Speedway in McComb, MS to move up to the second spot in the Weekly Racing Series Late Model standings with 426 points. Idom finished fourth in the Week 5 Make-Up Race and third in the Week 9 Race driving the Ramey’s Motors Special.

              Tootie Arnold of Meadville, MS was another double dipper on Saturday night at Pike County Speedway and moved up to third in the Late Model National standings with 416 points. Arnold’s best Week 9 finish came on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway in Hattiesburg, MS with a third-place showing in the Billy Riels Racing Special, and he finished sixth in the Week 5 Make-Up Race on Saturday night at Pike County Speedway in his own Trading Post Wrecker Service Special.

              Josh Amacher of Tullahoma, TN is fourth with 380 points, and Shannon Lee of Lumberton, MS drove the Billy Riels Racing Special to his seventh win of the season on Friday night at Hattiesburg, MS, and is fifth in the Late Model National standings with 374 points. Braden Mitchell of Russellville, AL is sixth with 372 points.

              Mike Combs of Odenville, AL is seventh in the National Late Model Weekly Racing Series standings with 361 points after capturing his second win of the season on Saturday night at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL driving the Legacy Environmental Process Rocket. The 2018 Modified Sportsman National Champ Oakley Gillespie of Five Points, TN is eighth with 358 points.

              Brad Skinner of Spring Hill, TN is ninth with 346 points and Derek Smith of Lumberton, MS rounds out the top ten in the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model National standings with 343 points.

              In other Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model Week 9 action on Saturday night, Cliff Tupper of Shreveport, LA took the win at Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, LA driving the Simple Church Special. Hunter Blackwell of Clarksville, TN raced to a 40-point win at Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, TN in the C. Blackwell Construction CVR.

              Bo Slay of Milton, FL drove the Slay’s Mobile Home Service Special to the win at Deep South Speedway in Loxley, AL and Peter Hazzard of Greenville, MS was the winner at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS in the Hazzard Racing Special. Chase Allen pf Midlothian, TX drove the Allen Racing Special to the win at Southern Oklahoma Speedway in Ardmore, OK.

              Kody Barber of Bogalusa, LA won the Week 5 Make-Up Race at Pike County Speedway in the Barber’s Hardware Special and the 2013 Weekly Racing Series Late Model National Champion Noah Daspit of Kiln, MS won the Week 9 Race. Randall Beckwith of Kilmichael, MS drove the Beckwith Forestry Service Rocket to victory at Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS.

              Corey Dunn of Milledgeville, GA was the winner at Cochran Motor Speedway in Cochran, GA driving the Georgia Timber CVR and Week 9 action at Jackson Motor Speedway in Jackson, MS was rained out at Feature Race time. The Week 9 Feature Races will be made up this Saturday night before the Week 10 races.
