CRATE RACIN’ USA WINTER SHOOTOUT SCHEDULE RELEASED

               ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Crate Racin’ USA has released the 2021 schedule of events for the 4th Annual Newsome Raceway Parts Winter Shootout Series for the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Models. The schedule has nine races in four different states with two $10,000-to-win races.

              The 2021 Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Winter Shootout Series begins with the 30th Annual Ice Bowl at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL on January 7-10. There will be two days of open practice on January 7 and 8. 

            There will then be Qualifying and Heat Races on January 9 followed by a $3,000-to-win race on January 10. Two-time Winter Shootout Series Champion Jimmy Elliott of Cleveland, TN is the defending Ice Bowl Champion for the Newsome Chevrolet Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series.

              Rounds 2, 3, and 4 will be a part of the 2nd Annual Sunshine Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, FL on January 14-16. The January 14 race will pay $1,500-to-win, the January 15 race will pay $2,000-to-win, and the January 16 finale pays $10,000-to-win. Kyle Bronson of Brandon, FL won all three races to sweep the Sunshine Nationals in 2020.

              East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL will host Rounds 5, 6, and 7 as a part of the 45th Annual East Bay Winternationals on February 4-6. The February 4 and 5 races each pays $2,500-to-win, and the February 6 event pays $5,000-to-win. Keith Nosbisch of Valrico, FL and Devin Dixon of Apollo Beach, FL were 2020 East Bay Raceway Park Winter Shootout winners.

              The final two rounds of the 2021 Newsome Raceway Parts Winter Shootout Series will feature two new events. The Winter Shootout Series will travel to Clarksville Speedway in Clarksville, TN for Round 8 with a $4,000-to-win race on February 25-27. The grand finale will be the $10,000-to-win Modoc 100 at Modoc Raceway in Modoc, SC on March 19-20.

              Pierce McCarter of Gatlinburg, TN is the defending Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Winter Shootout Series Champion. The 2021 Winter Shootout Series will pay $2,500 to the points champion and pay back to the top five drivers with perfect attendance.
