Gulf Coast Racers Expo Auction & Trade Show January 12-13, 2018 Pensacola Fairgrounds
PENSACOLA, FL—The Gulf Coast Racers Expo Auction & Trade Show returns to the Pensacola Fairgrounds on Friday & Saturday January 12-13, 2018 and will be hosted by the staff and management of the Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL., as well as the Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series in Fayetteville, TN. “
Both of these long standings racing organization revived the Southern Racers Auction & Trade Show last year in Pensacola and had a surprisingly good turnout for something new, so this year decided that it needed name change for better identity so the racing fans and drivers and people who go to the auctions had a better idea of where it was going to be and the Gulf Coast name seemed the logical choice.” Said Lynn Acklin GM for Southern All Stars. “We started off with what works when we went with the Southern Racers Auction & Tarde Show last year, but too many people were confused and did not know where it was and many thought it was back in Birmingham, but it was not, so that is why the name change to Gulf Coast Racers Expo Auction & Trade Show”.
Keith Norville of North Carolina will once again handle the auction duties and there will be trade show booth space available for $100 for a10x10 booth. Last Year we had several booths such as JC Race Parts, UB Machine, Gas Monkey Garage, Bryant Racing Equipment, Southern All Stars, Montgomery Motor Speedway and Southern Raceway just to a few.
This year will be different format than last year with the trade & auction not opening till 4 pm on Friday January 12th and the auction starting at 7 pm with Saturday January 13th opening at 9am and auction starting around 10 am.
This event is designed for the racers and the companies that they do business with. We encourage are in all types of racing whether it be go karts, drag racing, oval track racing, club racing, dirt or asphalt racing, this show will be developed into what is out in the market, also we encourage sanctioning bodies, both dirt and asphalt as well as companies in the racing related fields to participate and help make this an annual event.
