Nick Hoffman Sweeps Iron-Man Modified Pretty-N-Pink Weekend
411 Motor Speedway and Portsmouth Raceway Park Up Next

Mooresville, North Carolina (10/11/21) – Nick Hoffman broke out the broom over the weekend and swept both nights of Boyd’s Speedway’ Pretty-N-Pink weekend in his Elite Chassis No. 2 Wehrs Machine / Fox Shocks Modified.

He collected over $4,200 for his winning performances with the Valvoline Iron-Man Modified Series as his 2021-win total soared to 36.

“We swept the weekend at Boyd’s Speedway. Very cool racetrack and facility. I don’t think I’ve ever raced at a track where you pit in one state and race in another, but Boyd’s is that way with Tennessee and Georgia…. Pretty wild deal. The highlight of my weekend was getting to meet the legendary Mark Martin, and hear his stories and talk about racecars,” Hoffman shared. “This coming week we hope to enter a pair of Super Late Model events, so I’m looking forward to that. Thanks as always to everyone, who supports our program.”

Nick Hoffman was back in the driver’s seat on Friday night with the opening round of the Pretty-N-Pink Modified event at Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Ga.). Hoffman paced the 32-car Valvoline Iron-Man Modified Series field in qualifying with a 15.341-second lap. Earning the pole position for the feature, Nick led all 20 laps to claim the $1,200 victory as his 2021-win total increased to 35.

He was followed across the finish line by Cole Falloway, Ricky Arms, Michael Asberry, and Blake Brown.

Hoffman was back in action at the 1/4-mile oval on Saturday night with a $3,000 top prize on the line for the Pretty-N-Pink finale. For the second-straight night Nick swept the program.

He set fast time in qualifications over the 28-car field with a 15.275-second lap. He then won his heat race to earn the pole position for the feature. The 30-lap finale found Hoffman driving away from the field to win by 3.169 seconds for his third-career Valvoline Iron-Man Series victory and his 36th overall win of the 2021 campaign.

Ricky Arms Cole Falloway, Brandon Kinzer, and Kenny Wallace completed the Top-5 finishers.

The upcoming week has Hoffman tentatively slated to compete in a pair of big-paying Dirt Late Model events with Scott Bloomquist Racing. On Tuesday, October 12 Hoffman is scheduled to take the No. 0NH entry into battle at Mitch McCarter’s 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) in a $20,000-to-win Castrol FloRacing Night in America event. If everything goes well there the team plans to enter the 41st annual Dirt Track World Championship at Portsmouth (Ohio) Raceway Park on Friday and Saturday. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) weekend culminates with a $100,000-to-win finale.

Kyle Beard Repeats in All American 60 at Jackson Motor Speedway
Receives $6,000 for CCSDS Super Late Model Triumph

TRUMANN, Ark. (10/11/21) – Kyle Beard won the All American 60 for the second-straight year on Saturday night at Jackson Motor Speedway as he matched his richest-career Super Late Model victory of $6,000.

Beard’s fourth win of the 2021 season came aboard his Gary Beard Trucking No. 86 Mann Motorsports / Capital Race Cars/ Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model.

“It’s pretty special to win this race for the second year in a row. We bided our team for this first 20 laps or so (of the feature), running in second behind B.J. (Robinson). I don’t think I got around the bottom quite as good as him, but once the top cleared off, it seemed to work pretty good for me,” Beard said. “Thanks to my family, my crew, and everyone who helps my program for making this win possible.”

Kyle Beard was one of 20 COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) entries on hand at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Miss.) on Saturday evening for the 10th annual All American 60. Following the third-fastest qualifying effort, Beard dashed to an eight-lap heat race win, which positioned him third on the starting grid for the feature.

Keeping B.J. Robinson at bay late in the race after a pair of restarts, Kyle soared to his second straight All-American 60 victory, which came ahead of Robinson, Logan Martin, Michael Arnold, and Hunter Rasdon.

He collected $6,000 for his fourth win of the 2021 campaign.

Kyle is currently third in the latest CCSDS point standings. Full results from this event are available at www.CompDirt.com .

This coming weekend – October 15-16 – the team is tentatively planning to enter the 7th annual Battle of Boothill at Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, La.), which is headlined by a $10,000-to-win Crate Racin’ USA Late Model Series program.
