Bryant Marsh Sweeps North Alabama Speedway for First Win of 2018

Corinth, Mississippi (05/21/18) – Dodging Mother Nature, 18-year-old Bryant Marsh ultimately landed in Victory Lane on Saturday night at North Alabama Speedway in his Modern Woodmen #1 Trak-Star/ Eagle Racing Engine Late Model.

Marsh made a clean sweep of the evening’s Durrence Layne Weekly Racing Series program to score his first triumph of the 2018 campaign.

“The weather was pretty sketchy across most of the South last weekend, so after the Durrence Layne National Dirt Late Model Series races in Georgia got postponed, we decided to just try and race close to home,” Marsh said. “Luckily, we were able to dodge the rain, and we got our first win of the year. There was a lot of friends and family there, so it made the win that much more special.”

After Mother Nature wiped out the Durrence Layne Dirt Late Model Series doubleheader in Georgia, Bryant Marsh visited North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Alabama) on Saturday, where he competed in a Weekly Racing Series Event.

Laying down the fastest time in qualifying, Marsh earned the pole position for the feature. Leading from flag-to-flag, Bryant Marsh topped Seth McCormack, Braden Mitchell, Matthew Brocato, and David Brocato at the line to capture his first win of the 2018 season.
