Cartersville, GA - Week 16 is now in the rearview mirror, and Hunter Carroll still maintains his position atop the NeSmith Weekly Racing Series National Point standings. Kody Barber

maintains the second spot, and several drivers are beginning to make moves toward the top 10 after their seasons are finally getting underway. 11 Weeks remain and it appears that the Chase for the Championship will come down to the wire!

Cartersville, GA - Josh Tomlin retained the National points lead after Week16 action for the NeSmith Performance Parts Street Stock Division. Tomlin visited victory lane on Saturday night at Thunderhill Raceway Park in Summertown, TN, but 2nd place driver Lee Ray picked up two wins on the weekend with a Friday night win at Columbus Speedway and Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park keeping

himself right in the mix for the top spot.
