Earl Pearson Jr. Welcomes Unique Marketing Partner for 2019 Season
Illinois-Based Etchberger Trucking Looking to Find New Drivers

Shreveport, Louisiana (03/01/19) – Earl Pearson Jr. recently put a wrap on his 2019 edition of Speedweeks in his Black Diamond Racecars House Car/ Lucas Oil #1 Drive4Etch.com/ Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model.

The driver known as “The Hurricane” enjoyed a solid tour of Georgia and Florida. Along the way he amassed one win, five Top-5 finishes and six Top-10 finishes. He also exited Speedweeks third in the latest Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) standings.

During his Speedweeks endeavors, racers and fans alike took notice that Pearson Jr. was donning a new sponsor on his familiar entry. Etchberger Trucking adorned the quarter panels of his Black Diamond Racecars House Car.

After first becoming involved with the team late in 2018, the Illinois-based company became a primary sponsor for the 2019 campaign. Their target goal is to attract the attention of potential, new OTR Hazmat drivers for their rapidly growing company.

“We’ve been involved in sponsoring Dirt Late Model teams throughout the years,” Etchberger Trucking’s Ryan Etchberger noted. “We decided to get involved again last year and especially this year to hopefully generate new applicants for our trucking business. We are looking for drivers nationwide, and what better way to try and get their attention than to be on the side of a championship-caliber Dirt Late Model that competes in events all over the place.”

Etchberger Trucking has a home office in Freeport, Illinois and also has a satellite terminal in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company currently has more than 30 OTR tankers and is looking to expand further. They specialize in hauling Hazmat materials.

“As most trucking companies will tell you, there is a dire need for drivers right now,” Etchberger continues. “This is especially true for a company like ours, who specializes in Hazmat materials. We’re hoping that there will some perspective truck drivers in the stands at our events, who at the very least will file an application with us. We are a family-based company, and we treat our drivers just the same.”
