Southern All Stars South Georgia Doubleheader Rained Out

FAYETTEVILLE, TN—The Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series presented by MaxFab would have made its first stop of the 2019 season this weekend at the Oglethorpe Speedway and Screven Motor Speedway but Mother Nature had other plans as the weather forecast for the weekend is calling for anywhere between 60-100% chance of rain over the area and that has forced track and series officials to cancel the events for this Friday & Saturday night.

Officials also decided that the September 6-7 races the Southern All Stars have at the tracks will increase for a $5,000 to win at Oglethorpe on Friday night and a $10,000 to win on Saturday night at Screven.

The next event for the Southern All Stars will be on Saturday night June 22nd at the Senoia Raceway in Senoia, GA., the Michael Head Jr Memorial.
