Over $100,000 On The Line In Next five Southern All Star Events
FAYETTEVILLE, TN—The Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series sponsored by Max Fab has a busy five race stretch coming up that will be awarding over $100,000 in purse money for the five events.
The action kicks off this Saturday night August 24th with the rained out Michael Head Jr Memorial will take place at the Senoia Raceway in Senoia, GA., that will pay $5,454 for the 54 lap event.
Then on Labor day weekend the series heads back to the gulf coast and Southern Raceway in Milton, Fl., for the 31st Anniversary of the track with a $3,000 to win event on Saturday night August 31st and a $6,000 to win event on Sunday night September 1st to help celebrate the 31 years that the track has been in operation.
The series then heads back in the deep south on Friday & Saturday night September 6th & 7th for the South Georgia Shootout as the series will make its first stop of the season at the Oglethorpe Speedway in Pooler, GA., for night one of the weekend that will pay $5,000 to win.
Then on Saturday night the series will head to Screven Motorsports Complex for the night number two and a $7,500 to win event.
This stretch of races will also be key in the battled for the series points title as David Breazeale of Four Corners, MS., Riley Hickman of Ooltewah, TN., Zach Leonhardi of Cartersville, GA., Billy Franklin of Alabaster, AL., and Mark Dodson of Caledonia, MS., all are still battling for points paying positions.
