Hattiesburg, MS - October 19, 2018 - Mark Smith from Sunbury, Pennsylvania bested a talent laden field of sprint car drivers from 8 states to win the 30-lap USCS Sprint Speed Spooktacular at Hattiresburg Speedway on Friday night.

Defending USCS National Champion, Jordon Mallett from Greenbrier, AR chased Smith home in the runner-up spot and Dale Howard from Byhalia, MS took the final podium spot in third place. Two-time USCS National Champion, Morgan Turpen from Cordova, TN was fourth. Tony Stewart from Brownsburg, IN rallied back from a spin earlier in the race to complete the top five.
