USCS Sunshine State Sprint Car Shootout to air on Speed Shift TV from Bubba Raceway Park this Friday and Saturday (11/9 & 10)

Ocala, FL – November 6, 2018 – Speed Shift TV will broadcast the United Sprint Car Series presented by K&N Filters USCS North vs. South Sunshine State Shootout presented by FireAde winged sprint car event from Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Florida this coming weekend. The popular pay-per-view platform will telecast both nights of the 2nd annual event over the internet for those who can’t attend the event at the three-eight-mile clay oval for the USCS series Season Finale on Friday and Saturday, November 9th and 10th. The inaugural event in November of 2017 drew 37 entries from 11 states and Canada in one of the series most competitive USCS events of the 2017 season. Washington state driver Trey Starks won the Friday preliminary night main event and Pennsylvania’s Mark Smith captured the Championship final. Mark Smith also collected wins both nights in the USCS Winter Heat Series season-opener at Bubba Raceway Park. He is three-in-a-row at BRP.

USCS sprint car driver entries this weekend will include both of those drivers plus 3-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion driver and all-around race car great Tony Stewart from Columbus, Indiana plus a host of talent and past USCS Champions and Bubba Raceway Park USCS feature winners. Those include 11-time USCS National Champion Terry Gray from Bartlett, Tennessee and defending USCS National Champion and current National points leader, Jordon Mallett from Greenbrier, Arkansas. Also entered is home-track hero, 16-yearold Tyler Clem from St. Petersburg, Florida who has three wins this season in USCS competition. Danny Martin, Jr. will also be a force to be reckoned with as he is a two-time Champion of the Florida State Championship Race and just one the 2018 version of that event on September 22, 2018. Also entered is National Sprint Car Hall of Fame inductee and Midwest racing legend, Danny Smith from Chillicothe, Ohio.

On Friday night’s racing card are the United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by K&N Filters winged sprint cars plus the Florida Mini Sprint Action Series and USCS 600 Sprint Car Series winged mini sprints in the final race of the 2018 USCS /FMSA Challenge Tour. The BRP Street Stocks and Thunder Stock divisions will also join the action-packed night of action as do the Florida Mod-Lites. All five of those divisions will contest a complete racing program on Friday night including preliminary qualifying heat races and main events in each division. On Friday night the action-packed racing card also includes the Street Stocks PLUS… the Florida Mini Sprint Action series and the www.RockAuto.com USCS Mini Sprints in their final Challenge event held at BRP this season.

On Saturday night, the USCS sprint cars return to contest another full racing format including their Championship A-Main. They are joined on another action-packed racing card that includes the Thunder Stocks, the Florida T.Q. Late Models, the ¾ Modified division and the Florida Mod-Lites return for night two of their weekend’s racing action.
