VP NATIONALS TO FEATURE FIVE DURRENCE LAYNE RACING DIVISIONS AT TST

              CARTERSVILLE, GA – The VP Nationals on October 26-27 at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL will present five Durrence Layne Racing Divisions in action at the same track for the first time ever. The event will feature the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series with three main events over two days.

            The two-day event will also see the Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Division, the Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division, the Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Sportsman Division, and the Durrence Layne Modified Sportsman Division in action at Talladega Short Track.
           
            The Durrence Layne Chevrolet Super Late Model Series will run Twin 20-Lap Main Events each paying $1,000-to-win on Friday night, October 26. The Chevy Super Series will be back on Saturday night, October 27 for their $3,000-to-win 50-lap VP Nationals Championship Race.
           
            The Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Sportsman Division and the Durrence Layne Chevrolet Modified Sportsman Division will also be in action on both days of the VP Nationals at Talladega Short Track. 
           
            The Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Sportsman VP Nationals Race will pay $2,000-to-win for 25 laps, and Durrence Layne Chevrolet Modified Sportsman VP Nationals Race will pay $1,500-to-win for 20 laps.
           
            Drivers in both Divisions will Qualify and run Heat Races on Friday night, October 26, and then run B-Main Races and the Big Show on Saturday night, October 27. The Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Division will run for $800-to-win in 20 laps on Saturday night, October 27.
           
            The Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division will run for $500-to-win in 15 laps on Saturday night, October 27.  Also racing on Saturday night, October 27 will be the Talladega Short Track Hot Shots competing for 15 laps and $300-to-win. The Late Models, Street Stocks and Hot Shots will have an opportunity to Hot Lap in Friday night, October 26.

            In addition to providing the VP Racing Lubricants Starting Box, VP Racing Lubricants also rewards the driver at all Chevy Super Series and the Durrence Layne Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series National Tour events that makes the boldest move in each race with the VP Racing Lubricant Smoothest Move of the Race Award.
           
            VP Racing Fuels also sponsors the VP Racing Fuels Young Guns Challenge Series for Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model drivers 18 years of age and younger. These drivers compete for their own point fund courtesy of the VP Racing Fuels.
